LAST WEEK - Kenneth Arkley gave us one of those good and interesting as well as informative local programs that crop up from time to time. What Ken had to say was both informative and delivered in a very professional manner. He knows his citrus, his irrigation and well problems, and most of all has been a consistent advocate for Ramona as a citrus center for years. We hope to see some results in years to come along the lines of Ken's thinking.
